This modality, in a clinical and safe environment, allows the client to connect with their breath, facilitated by Nicola through vocal cues, music, and light body work.

In this one hour and 15 mins process, clients use a breathing technique which allows unprocessed or interrupted patterns in the their life to surface and resolve through a repatterning of habitualised and unconscious breathing patterns. The process is completed by a deep relaxation and integration for body and mind.

Nicola returns to Bali regularly as a professional development practice. She has seen the deeply transformative effects this technique has had on a variety of clients around the world, and also on her own journey.

Nicola’s perspective on this practice is that it must be facilitated in a safe container so that clients are able to access their potential depth of experience with trust.

Acupuncture, located within the broader field of Chinese Medicine, is part of an extensive and complex system of theory and practice that has been developed over more than two thousand years.

The pathway for treatment in acupuncture is via the meridian system. According to the theory of Chinese Medicine, each organ of the body has an associated meridian.

The insertion of fine needles into selected points on meridians acts to bring about particular responses such as reduce pain or invigorate organ function and facilitates healing.

Acupuncture is highly compatible with physical therapies such as chiropractic, physiotherapy and osteopathy. By restoring the energetic structure and integrity of injured areas, deeper and more lasting therapeutic results can be achieved.

Deb is passionate about identifying the root cause of her client's symptoms, using kinesiology to identify the varying factors contributing to symptoms or disease development. With a keen interest in gut health and immune function, Deb is a trained Microba Insight practitioner so can also assist in comprehensive stool analysis testing, among other functional tests if required.

Clinical nutrition considers that everything we put into our body affects the balance and flow of energy production in our cells, organs and nervous system. The cells in our body are responsible for producing the energy and metabolism we need to live and thrive, for this process to happen effectively our body requires specific nutrients, absorbed through food, supplements and effective breathing. If we are not consuming the right foods, nutritional deficiencies or excesses can occur, which impacts our body’s ability to produce energy effectively. Left unaddressed, this can lead to chronic health issues, fatigue, digestive and immune issues and a decline in overall health. Kinesiology is an effective tool using the body's muscles and biofeedback systems to identify what is causing stress, or weakness in our body, it can also assist in the identification of what is needed to increase strength and resilience.

It was Deb’s own personal health journey that led her to study natural therapies, after years of feeling unsupported and misunderstood by Western medicine, she experienced remarkable healing from chronic fatigue and Lyme's disease with kinesiology and nutritional support, she has an intimate understanding of the frustrations encountered with complex health conditions which are often left unresolved or ignored by medical practitioners, as a result, she wants her patients to feel heard, supported and safe during their healing journey.

Sascha is a qualified counsellor that works somatically to release and heal the nervous system which governs our fight or flight and determines how we respond to stressors.

Medical research has determined up to 90 percent of illness and disease is related to stress. Stress interferes with your physical functioning and natural bodily processes, resulting in dis-ease. In order to find more ease in your daily life one must address the issues that are causing the stress.

As a holistic counsellor, Sascha uses her counselling education and lived experience to draw wisdom from when working with her clients. She acknowledges the connection between the mind and body and the importance of health between both.

Sascha is also an experienced yoga teacher and integrates her knowledge of the body into sessions with clients. In order to fast track your healing, she may weave in yoga poses tailored specifically for each individual client’s needs, to help move stress through and out of the body.

She uses Kinesiology, a method of using the bodies wisdom to muscle test clients in order to determine answers as to where there is disharmony in the body. We then strive to restore harmony. Kinesiology also allows clients to discover and express suppressed emotions. When emotions are expressed and witnessed, they no longer hold the same toxic power.

Sascha is an empathetic listener, she loves working with people in an environment where anything and everything is open for discussion. She is trauma aware and works using a person-centred approach to counselling, whereby the client takes the reins and steers the direction of the session, while Sascha acts as a support.
