Veronika has always had a clear passion for holistic health care. Growing up Veronika experienced the most profound results with holistic health care, in particular chiropractic. She began her journey in physiotherapy, believing this was the right path, but realised very quickly that she wanted to offer her clients more holistic treatment options to reach their mental and physical goals. What inspired her the most about chiropractic were the instant and long-lasting results. At the core of this was her keen interest to learn more about the nervous system and the spine.

When treating her patients, Veronika strives to find and resolve the primary problem first rather than treating the compensation. In her treatment she uses specific gonstead adjustments and also gives physiotherapy advice and exercises. It is important to her to treat everyone as an individual with a personalised treatment approach.

Acupuncture, located within the broader field of Chinese Medicine, is part of an extensive and complex system of theory and practice that has been developed over more than two thousand years.

The pathway for treatment in acupuncture is via the meridian system. According to the theory of Chinese Medicine, each organ of the body has an associated meridian.

The insertion of fine needles into selected points on meridians acts to bring about particular responses such as reduce pain or invigorate organ function and facilitates healing.

Acupuncture is highly compatible with physical therapies such as chiropractic, physiotherapy and osteopathy. By restoring the energetic structure and integrity of injured areas, deeper and more lasting therapeutic results can be achieved.

Reflexology & Lymphatic Drainage

Clinic Hours

Wednesday: 1.00pm - 7.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 2.00pm

My name is Shira, I’m a qualified reflexologist, RDL practitioner, and a member at the Reflexology Association of Australia.

From a first person experience, I know how it feels to deal with breast cancer and the side effects of it. My passion is helping others struggling with this journey and other health issues.

In 2016 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. During my unwanted little adventure, I discovered the beauty of reflexology.

Reflexology helped me deal with the side effects of the chemo and radiotherapy treatments, and a big effect of my healing process and wellbeing.

After almost a year of healing, I was lucky enough to be healthy and “clear” again. But unfortunately, there was a ‘souvenir’ left over…  I got lymphedema. I watched my nan suffer with it growing up. I was petrified. I could not accept the idea that this was for life. I was willing to put cancer behind me but lymphedema was a daily reminder. I went searching and found RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage). It changed my life.

So now, here I am, a qualified reflexologist and RLD practitioner. I have a burning passion to help others struggling with the after-effects of cancer and other health issues.

I followed my heart and healed – now I want to help you do the same.
